The CTS/TITAN IBO® System

Con-Tech Systems offers a complete and flexible micro pile system, which can be tailored to your needs. The basic accessories are nuts, plates, bars couplers and drill bits. They match the load capacities of the bars and are, in case of the drill bits, designed for specific ground conditions; please see the Drill bit selection chart.

Accessories
Other accessories such as centralizers or bore hole stoppers are available as well. If you need specialty accessories, we are able to engineer and produce these for you to the standards of the product. Please contact us for the detailed CTS/TITAN IBO Parts List.

Simultaneous Drilling and Grouting
One of the main features of the system is the possibility to simultaneously bore and injection grout (IBO®: Injection BOring). Consequently flushing heads, grout swivels and adapter couplings are available to connect to a large number of drill rigs, e.g. hand held rotary percussion, TEI Rockdrills, Ingersol Rand, Morath, Boart, Klemm, Krupp, Cassagrande and others. Grouting Equipment
Using the right grouting equipment for the job at hand is very important.

The injection technique requires:

  • Grout stations capable of mixing and pumping at the same time
  • Colloidal mixer and an agitating storage tank with capacity of 240 litre
  • Moyno, piston or plunger pump of approximate 35l/min

We sell or rent Dobermann grouting equipment, suitable for various applications and ideal for use with the CTS/TITAN IBO® system. Please see our Obermann Grouting Systems catalog for more details.
